      i teach physics to 11th and 12th class. and i wanna become the best teacher for IIT PHYSICS, even though, i myself was not able to get admission in any decent engineering college.

  3. first of all thanks for improving my physics.I wonder would you please prove this for me coz my physics is very weak.any equation y=f(t-bx) represents a harmonic wave if d2y/dt2 = v2 d2y/dx2. hemant

  16. i think the solution to 1.335 given by you has some inconsistancies because if h3 < 3(h2 - h1)
    then the velocity is imaginary iethe flow stops much earlier within the tube.
    The data given in irodov is such that if your solution is correct the answer is imaginary.
    though i very much doubt the hint given by mister irodov himself as it is not explicit,but your ans if true should also deal with the cases whence the ans is imaginary separately.

    The solution of irodov is explained well by you mathematically as well as theoretically - but you have not taken special possible mathematical cases of a particular problem -
    Regarding different possible graphical analysis.

    its my humble request to you that can't we have a general proof for electrostatic energy density which is in scope of a 12th class student preparing for iit jee using vectors and calculus. I have been unable to find general proof for it . In hc verma also it is only verified by assuming a particular case for capacitor. I will be thankful to you as there is very less explanation about this energy in many books

    1. try out feynman lectures(volume 2)....gives u a proper proof of electrostatic energy density....but it uses vector calculus(which is beyond the course of iitjee)

  67. i got the solution of the problem 4.17 by
    equating w*w*x=acceleration so
    obtained and by doing some
    approximations. but answer is not
    matching with the answer given in
    book.
